Digital Illustrator - Junior Role

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Digital Illustrator to join our team as a recent graduate/intern. This role offers an exciting opportunity for you to grow your creative skills, gain hands-on experience, and work on diverse projects ranging from digital illustration marketing campaign content to fiction character identity creation. You will collaborate closely with our team to bring fresh and innovative illustrations to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with core teams to create original illustrations for various projects
• Develop and refine visual concepts that align with brand identity and project requirements
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling
• Revise and adjust illustrations based on feedback, ensuring that final outputs meet project standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of illustration trends, tools, and techniques to keep designs fresh and relevant
• Organize and manage digital files and assets, maintaining quality and consistency across projects

• Bachelor’s degree, certificate and/or experience in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital illustration work (include link if applicable)
• Proficiency in digital illustration software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc
• A solid understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Experience with animation software or 3D illustration tools is a plus.A strong positive, can-do and learning attitude
• Location: Jakarta – open to remote or hybrid options
